White Bakelite Look Power Socket
This authentic looking Bakelite Power Point is the perfect match when used with the Bakelite Switch Bake 55W mounted on a cedar strained mounting block.

Unfortunately this power point is no longer made of true Bakelite and is now manufactured in white plastic still using quality Clipsal components.
The appearance is extremely close to the original Bakelite Power Socket produced by Clipsal in earlier years.
Clipsal Part Number No 412 Series.
Manufacturing of the true Bakelite Switches and Powerpoints ceased some years ago so unless stated "Genuine Bakelite" you will find all of these GPO'S and Switches in the market place are in fact made of plastic.
